Cookies Policy

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage and session storage keep data on your device in the same way. Software development kits inside the app can read a device identifier. We refer to all of these as "cookies" below.

• Strictly necessary: your sign-in session, the salted digest of your device passcode, and security tokens that protect against forged requests. These cannot be switched off without breaking the app.
• Functional: your theme, language, chosen season, filter settings, and whether you have already seen intro screens or the notification nudge.
• Performance and analytics: aggregated, privacy-preserving measurement of crashes, load times, and which features are used, so we can improve the app.
• Push notification tokens: stored so we can deliver the alerts you have opted into.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not allow third parties to place advertising cookies through Seasonal.

Session cookies disappear when you close the app or browser. Persistent items — your session, passcode digest, and preferences — remain until they expire or you clear them, and in no case longer than 13 months without renewed consent where consent is required.

Where the law requires consent, we ask before setting non-essential cookies and you can change your answer at any time. You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser or device settings, delete your device passcode in Settings, and turn push notifications off in your operating system. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and may stop parts of Seasonal working.
