Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and not be barred from using the service under the laws of your country. You may not use Seasonal if you have ever been convicted of a felony, a sexual offence, or a violent crime, or if you are on a state, national, or international sex-offender registry.

One person, one account. You may not create an account on behalf of anyone else, share your account, or use another person's account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for keeping your credentials, including any device passcode you set, confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or impersonate anyone.
• Post nudity, sexually explicit material, violence, or hate speech.
• Post content involving anyone under 18, or request such content.
• Ask other members for money, promote goods or services, run a scam, or solicit commercial sex.
• Use Seasonal for any unlawful purpose, including human trafficking or drug sales.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, spam, or interfere with the security or operation of the app.
• Share another member's private information, photos, or messages without consent.

We may investigate, remove content, limit visibility, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Seasonal does not conduct criminal background checks and cannot verify every statement a member makes. Photo verification confirms that a photo matches a live selfie; it is not a judgement about character. You are solely responsible for how you interact with people you meet through Seasonal, online and offline. Meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not met.

You keep ownership of your photos, prompts, and messages. You grant Seasonal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups or where the law requires us to keep records.

Some features are sold as subscriptions or one-off purchases through the app store you bought them from. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your app-store account settings; deleting the Seasonal app does not cancel a subscription. Where the law gives you a withdrawal or refund right — for example the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK — that right applies and you can exercise it by contacting us or the app store. Virtual items have no cash value and are not transferable.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.

Seasonal is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any member. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

We would rather resolve problems informally, so please contact us first. These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where mandatory consumer law requires it, and otherwise by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA. You may always bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence if local law grants you that right.
